岗位职责：
1、参与梳理及调研业务需求，根据业务需求及现有信息化现状输出可行的技术解决方案，并落实为具体的开发工作；
2、负责公司自有云平台、物联网项目等开发，根据产品需求文档进行系统架构设计/数据建模，输出设计文档；
3、通过技术选型寻找合适的方案解决项目中遇到的难点或者瓶颈，积极参与产品技术架构的改进；
4、按研发管理要求，推进完成项目研发工作，进行代码Review，按项目要求保质保量完成开发工作。
任职资格：
1、2025届应届毕业生，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、扎实的Java语言基础，理解面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用数据结构、多线程、网络编程等；
3、熟悉主流Java开发框架，如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等，并有实际项目经验（课程设计、个人项目、实习项目均可）；
4、掌握MySQL等关系型数据库，具备基本的SQL编写和优化能力；
5、了解Redis等NoSQL数据库，以及RabbitMQ/Kafka等消息中间件的基本使用；
6、熟悉Git版本控制工具，了解Maven/Gradle等项目管理工具；
7、具备良好的学习能力、团队协作精神和逻辑思维能力，对技术有热情，勇于接受挑战。
