岗位职责
一、绩效体系设计与优化
1、协助制定并持续优化公司绩效管理制度、流程、工具及评估标准；
2、结合业务战略，设计、优化绩效管理体系（如OKR、敏捷绩效、综合评估等）。
3、设计针对不同业务类型的差异化绩效实施方案框架
二、赋能与支持
1、开展绩效管理赋能培训，涵盖制度解读、工具运用、绩效面谈技巧等。
2、开发并维护绩效管理相关工具与指导文件，如《绩效实操手册》、常见问题集、案例库、培训课件等。
三、实施支持与过程监控
1、指导并协同HRBP，推动各事业部及子公司绩效管理计划的落地执行。
2、跟踪绩效流程执行进度与质量，定期分析绩效数据（如目标设定、评估完成、结果分布等），识别执行偏差与潜在风险；
3、管理绩效相关项目，确保新政策、新系统平稳落地推进。
四、数据分析
1、深入分析绩效结果数据，输出绩效报告；
2、基于绩效数据，为人才盘点、激励分配、领导力发展等提供决策与数据支持；
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先。
2、5年以上人力资源工作经验，其中至少3年专注于绩效管理领域，有大型集团、复杂业务矩阵或咨询公司绩效咨询经验者优先。
3、具备从0到1搭建或重塑绩效体系的完整项目经验者优先。
4、能够快速理解业务逻辑与管理痛点，提供适配业务场景的绩效解决方案；
5、擅长使用各类工具进行数据分析与建模。
6、具备优秀的抗压能力、沟通协调能力与跨团队协作精神。
