维护优化 Python Asyncio 或 Golang 分布式采集系统，提升效率与成功率
搭建智能代理调度系统，混合调度住宅代理与机房 IP，优化成本
跟进平台风控变化，通过指纹模拟等方式提升抗封禁能力
二、任职要求
5 年以上爬虫 / 数据采集经验，有短视频平台大规模解析经验优先
精通 Python 异步编程（Asyncio/httpx/aiohttp），或精通 Go 语言并发
熟练使用抓包与调试工具，具备 JS 逆向或安卓 /iOS 逆向能力
熟悉 HTTP/2、HTTPS 协议，有 TCP 连接优化实操经验
