位职责
1、参与业务需求调研与技术方案评审，结合中台架构输出合理实现思路，主导核心中台系统（业务 / 数据 / 支付中台等）的搭建、开发与迭代；
2、按项目计划与技术规范，编写高质量、可维护代码，按时完成开发任务；
3、负责数据库表结构设计、SQL 优化及中间件配置调优，解决系统开发与运行中的技术难点；
4、配合前端团队完成接口联调，编写维护技术 / 接口文档，保障跨团队协作效率；
5、参与系统性能监控、问题排查与迭代优化，关注行业新技术，推动团队技术能力提升。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Java 项目开发经验，至少 1 年中台相关项目开发或架构设计经验；
2、精通 Java 核心原理及 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis 等框架，熟练使用 Redis、RabbitMQ/RocketMQ 等中间件，具备分布式系统实践能力；
3、精通至少一种关系型数据库Mysql、Oracle、Sqlserver，具备优秀的 SQL 编写、索引设计及查询优化能力，有分库分表经验者优先；
4、熟悉 ES6+、Vue3、Vite 等前端技术栈，了解前后端分离架构，能高效完成接口联调与跨端协作；
5、熟练使用 Git/SVN 等代码管理工具，具备系统调优、高并发场景处理及疑难问题排查能力，责任心强、协作与学习能力突出。
