工作职责：
1、大模型全栈开发：主导LLM技术选型、架构设计及核心模块开发（Python），实现AIGC/AI Agent应用从原型到产品的全流程交付。
2、模型工程化落地：搭建大模型服务（部署/微调/高性能优化），构建MLOps流程实现自动化监控。
3、硬件与生态攻坚：GPU服务器选型与配置优化，追踪国产化替代方案（如昇腾）。

岗位要求：
1、3年+Python后端开发（2年+深度LLM方向）。
2、精通：Python生态(FastAPI/Flask) + 数据结构/算法。
3、完整大模型项目经验（模型选型→微调→部署→上线）。
4、深度掌握：LLM核心原理 + RAG/Agent技术栈、向量数据库(Milvus/Pinecone等)调优、Docker及高性能推理框架。
5、(vLLM/TensorRT-LLM) - MLOps实践经验（CI/CD流水线搭建）。
6、华为昇腾/国产化模型适配经验、亿级数据处理能力、模型安全防护实战（提示注入/隐私保护）优先考虑。
