工作职责：
1. 负责药代毒理SD团队的管理和技术指导；负责SD团队人员绩效制定和考核、流程优化以及项目协调；确保SD团队高效运营；
2. 负责临床前药代毒理相关项目的组织、实施、管理和质量监控工作；
3. 为市场、商务、质量管理等部门提供培训、技术支持；
4. 与客户沟通，设计临床前药代毒理相关项目的实验并提供报价，制定实验方案，推进实验进行，解决实验中遇见的问题，正式报告的撰写、审阅、修订等环节的全过程管理；
5. 进行文献检索，开发新方法、新技术；
6. 参与起草、修订项目实施有关的SOP、项目计划书、项目成本控制和项目管控流程；
7. 确保所有项目实施严格执行方案、SOP和法规，按时保量完成项目结题；
8. 负责团队的技术支持，解决项目中的疑难问题，并主导技术更新；
9. 团队内以及团队间知识以及技术的交流与培训；
10. 保持对药代毒理等领域科研发展、前沿理论的信息了解；
11. 完成公司上层指派的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 生物学、医学相关专业，掌握生物、医药领域的相关知识；掌握免疫学，细胞生物学，生物化学以及分子生物学相关知识，硕士学历及以上；有团队管理和项目管理经验优先；
2. 有5年以上的DMPK SD工作经验，有大分子经验，做过ADC/单抗/双抗/小核酸等；
3. 有良好的药代毒理相关实验经验者优先；有药代毒理相关动物模型构建经验优先；
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，熟练的英文书写和沟通能力；
5. 能独立设计实验，分析实验结果；善于思考和学习，有独立分析解决实验相关问题的能力；
6. 具有高度责任感良好的团队协作精神，优秀的管理、协调能力，出色的执行力和抗压能力；
7. 服从工作安排，高质量、高效率的完成被分配的工作任务。
8. 诚实守信，具有良好的职业操守。
