岗位职责：
1.协助安环经理制定和执行安全环保相关的具体政策、程序和计划，以达到并保持对相关法律法规的遵守；
2.协助维护环境和健康/安全/消防记录；
3.为安全环保职业卫生管理体系的所有要素制定和实施培训计划；
4.负责及时、准确地报告环境问题和安全事故；
5.建立一个系统，积极管理风险，并实现和保持符合法规和内部标准的要求；
6.负责环保设施的维护和改进，如废气处理、废水站、危废处理等；
7.协助安环经理制定、开发和实施高风险作业管理程序，包括但不限于:安全检查、PTW、LOTO、WAH、机器防护、STF等；
8.管理承包商的安全、现场个人防护用品、特殊设备/工人证书、消防设备等，使其完全符合内部程序或当地法规；
9.对生产、新材料/设备、新工艺进行风险评估；
10.与内部经理/轮班领导和外部地方当局/供应商或其他相关方沟通环境、健康和安全问题；
11.为新员工、员工和分包商提供安全环保职业卫生相关的培训；
12.维护和实施iso14001和45001体系，以及建立维护标准化和双重预防机制系统，使其完全符合要求；
13.及时完成报告，包括审核发现/安全检查等；
14.事故报告，调查和行动计划跟踪。
岗位要求：
1.5年以上化工安全管理相关工作经验,.3年以上安全环保主管工作经验优先
