1.应用与中间件功能开发。负责智能座舱上层应用（如车载Launcher、多媒体、设置）的开发与维护
2.中间件开发。负责或参与车载中间件（如服务发现、通信总线、数据管理、诊断服务等）的设计、开发、集成与性能优化。
3.系统服务与框架开发。负责或参与车载特定系统服务、中间件及Framework层的开发、定制与优化，重点保障中间件层的稳定性、实时性与跨进程/跨域通信效率，实现与底层系统及硬件的可靠交互。
4.性能优化与集成调试。分析并解决应用层及中间件层的性能瓶颈（如启动速度、内存泄漏、通信延迟）；负责中间件与上层应用、底层服务的接口联调与集成测试，确保功能完整与数据流可靠。
5.架构支持与需求对接。为上层业务开发提供清晰的中间件API与技术支持；对接产品与架构设计需求，参与技术方案评审。
任职要求：
1.精通Java/Kotlin（Android）或 C/C++（Linux）；
2.深入理解Android/Linux系统架构、Framework及底层通信机制（如Binder、Socket、共享内存）；
3.熟悉车载中间件技术（如SOME/IP、DDS，或了解AUTOSAR AP、Cyber RT等框架概念者更佳）；
4.具备良好的系统架构思维，有中间件模块设计、开发或深度定制经验者优先；
5.具备良好的编码习惯、团队协作精神和问题分析能力。
6.本科及以上学历；计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。
7.3年以上Android或Linux应用/系统开发经验，具备车载中间件或系统框架开发经验者优先。
