四、测试执行与监督
主导新品全维度测试（安全、性能、可靠性、耐久性），输出报告并推动研发优化；
制定量产抽检计划，监控质量稳定性，协同处理批量问题；
复现客户反馈问题，提供数据支撑。
五、设备与样品管理
建立测试设备台账，定期校准维护，按需申请新增设备；
规范样品收发、存储、领用及处理流程，确保可追溯。
六、问题分析与跨部门协作
分析测试缺陷根因，提出改进建议；
协同研发、生产、质控、采购等部门，推动设计优化、工艺改进及供应商整改。
七、数据与报告管理
建立测试数据档案库，统计分析质量趋势；
输出各类测试报告，参与评审会议，为决策提供依据。
