4.分析和查找生产过程中产生的异常及质量隐患，并提出相应的改善措施，以提高产品的可靠性；
5.负责生产相关项目的结案验收，包括工装治具、测试仪器、设备需求评估和开发方案构想，确保按时完成生产任务，满足产线需求；
6.及时有效处理生产异常，包括且不限于：返工标准制定与指导、异常分析和系统性改善，确保问题不重复发生，保证生产顺利进行；
7.处理产品质量问题，包括标准工时、例行试验、客户验货、IPQC检验不良品及首件不良品等，确保产品质量达标；
8.进行生产成本评估和工时核算，通过工艺改进和流程优化降低生产成本，提高经济效益；
9.设计和优化公司产品的包装规范，降低包装成本，确保包装使用的及时性和准确性；
10.对新品试产产品进行DFM分析，制定结构件和工艺流程的优化措施，提升生产效率和质量；
11.负责对外协厂的生产技术进行指导，确保外协厂的生产质量和效率符合公司标准；
12.协助新产品试产的可制造性评估，收集反馈问题点，进行汇总和改善，确保新产品的顺利导入和量产；
13.协助配合工程、品质、PMC等相关部门，分析和处理相关技术问题，确保生产顺利进行；
14.定期对产线员工进行技能培训，包含各项技能的上岗考核等，确保生产进度顺利进行；
15.完成上级交办的各项工作任务，确保各项工作顺利进行。
任职要求：
1.熟悉产品制造工艺和质量管理标准，了解ISO9001、IATF16949、IPC/620方面的相关知识；
2.具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够独立处理生产异常和质量问题;
3.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与各部门有效协作;
4.能够与供应商、客户等外部单位进行有效沟通。
5.至少3年以上电子行业PIE工作经验，有制造业工艺改进经验者优先。
