岗位职责：
1.客户质量问题的对接，快速响应客户需求、组织协调资源对客户质量问题的临时对策处理，以快速响应客户降低客户投诉的影响度；
2.主导对客户品质异常的接受及反馈，协调及组织公司内部资源进行异常分析及改善，并准时输出8D报告，降低公司品质损失及提高客户售后服务满意度；
3.对客户投诉案例资料进行记录及汇整，每周及每月对案例进行分析及跟进，直至案例结案，从而达成客诉结案率的目标；
4.每周及每月对客诉数据进行汇总及分析，针对Top问题或同类问题进行专案推动改善，降低客户的重复投诉率；
5.监督客户投诉问题点改善对策的实施，对未执行或执行无效的措施组织进行重新评审，降低同类问题的重复发生；
6.主导对客退品的处理，组织对客退品处理方案的评审，降低客退品的呆滞；
7.根据客户投诉异常建立质量履历，参与原材料及成品的检验标准修订，质量控制计划的评审，协助完善公司产品标准，保证质量一致性；
8.对接客户非质量问题的售后服务，协助客户进行技术分析、测试验证、产品使用指导及工艺讲解，协助客户端异常关闭；
9.维护对应的客户客情关系，通过定期回访及售后评价，保持良好的客户关系，以提高售后满意度；
10.完成上级交办的其它工作事项；
任职要求：
1.熟悉ISO9001/16949相关质量管理体系和标准、七大手法
2.2年以上CQE工作经验，有五金、注塑厂及电子组装厂工作经验优先
