任职要求
必须要求
2 年以上 Python 后端开发经验
熟悉 Python 3，具备良好的编码规范
熟悉 FastAPI / Django / Flask 任意一种后端框架
熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL 数据库开发
熟悉 RESTful API 设计与开发
熟悉 Redis 基础使用
熟悉 Git、Docker 基础使用
具备良好的问题分析与沟通能力
具备较强的学习能力，能够快速理解业务需求与新技术方案
对 AI 行业、大模型应用或数据平台方向有一定了解与兴趣

有以下经验优先：
数据平台、标注平台相关项目经验
文件上传、大文件处理经验
OpenAI / AI 接口调用经验
Label Studio、Doccano 等二次开发经验
Linux 服务器部署经验
