职位描述：

1、理解需求并开发信贷系统，参与系统规划、架构设计与开发等工作；

2、独立完成Java后台中小型项目的系统分析、架构设计，并完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；

3、参与建设通用、灵活、稳定的业务支撑平台，支撑多场景的复杂业务。

职位要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上系统开发及设计经验；

2、JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；

3、对用过的开源框架，能了解到它的原理和机制；对 Spring、Mybatis 等开源框架熟悉；

4、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；

5、熟悉关系型数据库以及非关系型数据库的使用和优化，如Mysql，MongoDB，Redis等

6、对技术有热情，有较强的独立思考、主动学习能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；

7、逻辑思维清晰，可推进项目落地，一定的文档输出能力，以及主导和统筹能力；

8、有信贷行业系统设计与研发经验的可优先考虑；

9、具备一定的英文听说读写能力，可英文交流为加分项；
