岗位职责
1. 负责公司及友商产品市场质量数据（NPS、退货率、维修率、客诉率等）的收集、统计与分析，建立市场质量指标监控体系，定期输出 NPS 与市场质量分析报告；
2. 主导 NPS 调研体系运营：设计并优化 NPS 调研问卷与采集机制（售后触达、APP / 小程序、电商渠道等），跟踪 NPS 趋势与竞品对标，识别用户不满意的关键驱动因素；
3. 负责用户之声（VOC）管理：汇总分析电商评价、社媒舆情、客诉、售后反馈等多渠道用户声音，识别重大、共性问题并发布通告，推动问题技术与管理双闭环；
4. 组织双周、月度质量会议，责成责任部门制定改善措施并跟踪闭环，推动 TOP 问题快速改善；
5. 协助售后团队完善售后可维修性分析与改进，为售后网点提供维修文档、工具、备件清单及必要培训；
6. 主导重要不良（FRA）分析与项目翻新 / 维修技术支持，协同研发、供应链推动根因改善并验证效果。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、光学、统计、市场营销等相关专业；
2. 3-5 年消费电子行业市场质量管理、用户满意度 / NPS 管理或售后质量处理经验；
3. 掌握消费电子产品工作原理与失效分析基本方法，具备良好的动手与失效分析能力；
4. 精通 Excel 及数据分析（熟悉 SQL、BI 工具者优先），擅长数据统计与呈现；
5. 熟悉 NPS 调研方法论与 VOC 分析方法，有电商评价、舆情数据挖掘经验者优先；
6. 沟通协调能力强、文字表达清晰，能推动研发、售后、电商、品牌等跨部门协作闭环，对用户口碑敏感、责任心强。
加分项：
- 有 AR/VR、智能穿戴、手机等产品 NPS / 客诉管理经验；
- 英语听、说、读、写良好。
