岗位职责
1. 负责电商自动化业务流程开发；
2. 负责 App/网页自动化框架搭建与维护，包括元素定位、操作模拟、异常恢复等模块开发；
3. 研究平台风控规则，解决封号、验证码、登录态失效、设备指纹识别等问题，持续提升自动化稳定性；
4. 负责账号池、IP 代理池、设备池的管理与调度，保障多账号并行运行的稳定性；
5. 参与 AI Agent 相关功能的开发与学习，探索自动化与智能决策的结合应用。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 熟悉至少一种浏览器自动化框架 DrissionPage、undetected-chromedriver、nodriver、Selenium、Playwright 等
3. 熟悉至少一种移动端自动化框架 Appium、uiautomator2、Maestro 等
4. 熟悉 Android 调试体系（ADB、设备管理）或了解 iOS 自动化（WebDriverAgent）；
5. 有电商平台风控对抗经验者优先，包括：行为随机化、设备指纹处理、验证码识别等；
6. 有 STF、Sonic、DeviceFarmer 等多设备管理平台经验者优先；
7. 有 KMBox、CH9329 等硬件级输入模拟经验者优先。
8、长期使用Claude Code、Codex等AI编程Agent优先；
