Experience & Education
- Proven PMO/portfolio management experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance sector
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean)
Change Governance & Assurance
- Deep knowledge of enterprise change frameworks governance
- Demonstrated ability to embed change standards, conduct assurance reviews, drive adherence
- Track record managing audits remediation actions
- Skilled in developing lessons-learned frameworks knowledge sharing
Planning, Tracking, & Delivery
- Advanced skill in creating maintaining baseline plans, schedules, traceability matrices (regulatory compliance)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PMO toolsets ftracking delivery metrics
- Able to drive track OKRs/benefit realization as per governance cadence
Financials & Resourcing
- Expertise in business case investment management using strategic toolset
- Experience in resource forecasting, onboarding/offboarding, resourcing alignment through governance forums
- Ability to handle financial analysis, market recharges (CAM), timesheet management
Tooling & Ways of Working (WOW)
- Demonstrated record of strategic tooling adoption driving digital PMO maturity
- Able to educate embed Lean Portfolio Management other frameworks

- Strong stakeholder engagement, mapping, expectation management skills
- Proven ability to prepare deliver actionable insights to senistakeholders
- Skilled in preparing structured communications, decisions, follow-ups
