- 落实数据安全与访问控制策略，满足金融行业合规要求

我们希望你具备：
- 5年以上 Python 后端开发经验，熟悉异步编程与系统设计
- 有完整 RAG 项目落地经验，精通向量数据库（如 Milvus、FAISS、Pinecone）
- 熟悉主流 LLM（GPT、Claude、DeepSeek）及 LangChain/LlamaIndex 等框架
- 具备生产环境部署经验，擅长日志监控、性能调优与故障响应
- 了解金融/银行数据安全规范者优先
