【工作内容】
1、参与Agent平台“BISHENG”的后端开发，对平台服务端进行设计和功能模块开发等工作
2、参与需求开发，对于业务需求有较好的理解力和业务落地能力
3、负责系统性能瓶颈分析和优化，对服务框架进行问题排查和性能调优

【职位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，熟悉Python，要求3年以上后端开发经验
2、熟练掌握网络编程基础，熟练掌握多进程、多线程并发编程
3、熟练掌握主流数据库，典型WEB框架，常用中间件的原理和应用
4、对大模型应用有经验有热情，了解相关开源项目
5、对于线上问题定位有经验，善于不断精进自己的工作
6、做事积极主动，认真负责，追求工作质量，善于合作
