岗位职责：
1、负责公司内部运营平台及中后台业务系统的开发与迭代，提升流程效率与协作体验；
2、基于现有业务管理平台，设计并实现关键功能模块；
3、参与系统接口与数据集成开发，保障系统稳定性、安全性与可维护性；
4、与外部合作供应商协作交付，负责需求拆解、技术方案把控及交付质量验收；
5、推动AI辅助办公与自动化场景落地，探索运营提效新方式。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2、具备一定企业系统开发经验，熟悉Python，能够独立推进需求落地、独立完成模块开发与上线；
3、熟悉数据库设计与接口开发（MySQL等），具备系统集成能力；
4、有企业内部系统建设经验优先（运营平台、CRM、OA、ERP等）；
5、具备较强的业务理解与沟通协作能力，能在“小团队+外部协作”模式下推进项目落地；
加分项：了解AI知识库、Dify/RPA自动化应用场景。
