作为我们的后端团队成员，您将负责用户和运营活动相关系统的建设，需要保证业务需求的交付质量和效率。您将直接与技术、产品和运营团队合作，推动功能的创新与优化，提升系统性能和用户体验。
工作职责：
1、设计、开发和优化用户&营销等领域的日常需求或者项目。
2、独立完成跨领域的项目技术方案设计以及架构的抽象&落地。
3、负责日常答疑和线上问题的排查修复，保障系统的稳定性与可用性。
4、与跨职能团队（如产品经理、前端开发、运营等）协作，指定技术方案并落地实施。
5、持续进行技术改进，推进用户运营系统的创新与演进。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业。
2、至少5年以上后端开发经验，熟悉Java等主流后端开发语言。
3、有用户&营销等领域系统开发经验优先。
4、熟悉SpringBoot、Mybatis等常见的开发框架，具备一定的代码抽象能力。
5、熟悉常见数据库（如MySQL）、缓存系统（如Redis）、消息中间件（MQ、Kafka）的使用，能够进行性能优化。
6、有分布式系统、微服务架构的设计与实现经验，熟悉高并发、高可用的系统架构。
7、有团队合作精神，能够与产品、前端、运维等团队高效沟通合作。
