岗位职责：
1.遵循公司相关技术标准、规范，高质量完成设计、开发任务；
2.参与系统概要设计和详细设计工和相关文档的编写，建立完整的项目档案；
3.协助完成项目测试、系统上线工作，对项目实施提供支持；
4.参与方案讨论和技术调研等工作。
5.负责系统分析与设计，并负责完成核心代码工作。
职位要求：
1.5年及以上使用Java语言的后端开发经验；
2.熟练掌握Java技术体系，熟练使用MyBatis/SpringBoot/SpringCloud等应用框架；
3.熟练掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL等数据库一种或多种；
4.熟练使用Python语言工程化设计和开发；
5.熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统；
6.了解javascript、Vue或React等前端技术；
7.熟悉面向对象开发方法和设计模式，熟悉敏捷开发流程，有较强的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰；
8.对技术有热情，能主动根据工作需要钻研、学习新的技术；
9.工作态度认真踏实，有积极学习的心态，具有较强的责任心和耐心，有良好的沟通理解能力及团队合作精神，具备较强的抗压能力。
10.有智能对话系统、语音坐席系统、智能外呼系统设计和开发经验的优先。
