岗位职责：
1. 开发 Android 应用程序，包括界面设计、逻辑编写、数据存储、异步编程等方面；
2. 实现高质量、高可靠性的软件开发，扎实的编程基础和数据结构算法基础，较强的编程能力和问题解决能力；
3. 对前端、后端相关知识有一定掌握和熟悉，具备对技术整体思考和推动的能力；
4. 能够编写高效、易于维护的代码，并具备优秀的调试能力；
5. 负责性能优化方案的整体架构设计，系统的性能优化（包括启动速度、卡顿掉帧、内存及 CPU 调度等）；
6. 良好的团队沟通和协作能力。
岗位要求：
1. 精通Java/Kotlin语言、深入理解 Android 系统架构、熟悉Gradle构建工具;
2. 熟悉常用的第三方SDK和框架: Okhttp/Retrofit, EventBus, Glide/Picasso等;
3. 熟悉 View 渲染、多线程、网络通信等机制，能够独立解决技术难题;
4. 熟悉前端开发技术，包括HTML、CSS、JavaScript等;
5、有蓝牙设备扫描、连接、数据传输及功耗优化经验优先
6、熟悉性能调优工具，能针对视频内存泄漏、帧率稳定性等问题进行深度优化
