（1）系统运维：
a、分析公司整体IT系统的运维，设计运维策略、规划系统升级和配置方案，降低线上故障率，确保业务顺畅
b、代码复核，代码权限控制，系统生产问题协查；制定应急预案并参与实施，保障业务连续性，跨部门协作
（2）技术委员会：运维相关制度规范编制，技术攻关，运维组人员管理，方案参与/评审（系统架构升级方案，系统性能调优方案）
能力标准：
a、技术能力：java基础扎实，精通主流分布式微服务架构应用和原理；熟练掌握MySQL等关系型数据和hbase或iotdb等主流数据库的应用与开发；熟练掌握mq、es、minio等常用中间件的应用和原理；具备系统调优、性能优化的能力，能够解决复杂的系统级技术问题，掌握k8s优先
b、管理能力：思路清晰，能够有效指导团队成员工作，具备良好的团队培养能力和沟通协调能力
c、基础素养：拥有较强的工作主动性、沟通能力、学习能力。思路清晰，思维缜密，做事严谨，有出色的解决问题的能力。能适应快速的工作节奏，能承担较强工作强度和压力
d、有在360/华为/腾讯等软件头部企业主管开发及运维工作负责人优先，重点是问题排查及解决。
