岗位职责：
1、负责音视频平台产品类接口开发以及线上系统的维护和管理，保障系统稳定运行；
2、有效完成系统功能设计及功能开发；
3、按照产品需求，完成系统优化及系统bug查找及解决等相关开发工作；
4、根据项目要求完成上级领导安排的相关工作；
5、编写完成项目技术文档；
6、可接受短期出差，能独立完成出差任务;
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，熟悉Spring,Springboot, Springcloud, springsecurity等常用Java开源框架，对其运行原理有较好的理解；
2、精通数据库技术，具有数据库设计的经验，拥有nosql缓存数据库（redis、mongodb）使用经验和关系型数据库mysql相关经验；
3、熟悉Tomcat，netty等, 拥有web相关开发经验，了解http/https，websocket相关协议；
4、熟悉maven，git，nexus等项目管理工具；
5、三年工作经验以上，扎实的Java基础，具有较好的Java IO、多线程、各种锁等方面的编程能力；
6、具备良好的学习能力和分析解决问题的能力，责任心强；
7、从事过直播类、视频会议类、IM类产品业务优先；
8、诚实、踏实、积极主动、抗压能力强，喜欢挑战困难；
9、有较强的学习和沟通能力，以及团队合作精神。
