1.岗位职责：
1）负责融合监控及视频会议，终端信令及媒体SDK研发工作；
2）负责项目的设计、编码、调优、测试及bug处理；
3）参与整体业务系统架构的优化演进和落地，保持对新技术的敏感和好奇，通过预研和实际应用落地给业务带来价值。
2. 任职资格：
1）计算机、通信相关专业本科以上学历，6年以上C++开发经验；
2）有gstreamer、FFmpeg、WebRTC等音视频开发框架经验；
3）熟悉音视频相关编码封装标准：H264/H265/AV1/VP9/AAC/Opus；
4）熟悉webrtc相关传输协议：RTP/RTCP/SRTP/SCTP/DTLS/ICE等；
5）熟悉网络Qos优化方法FEC/ARQ，拥塞算法transport-cc、remb等；
6）熟悉sip、gb28181、rtsp、rtmp等相关流媒体协议；
7）至少熟悉mediasoup/Licode/janus/ion/owt等一种开源流媒体服务器；
8）责任心强，胆大心细富有激情，善于沟通，思维敏捷，解决问题能力强。
9）加分项：
（1）熟悉瑞芯微、海思MPP框架的使用和开发；
（2）熟悉zoom、声网、腾讯等任意rtc平台；
（3）熟悉视频会议、安防监控业务模式及技术领域。
