一、岗位职责：

1、负责制定、修订和完善EHS体系制度，包括环境管理体系，安全与健康管理体系等；

2、负责与政府安监、环保、消防、卫生等监管部门的日常对接、迎检、汇报及整改跟进；

3、组织开展定期的安全、环保和职业健康风险辨识，对新建、改建、扩建项目进行“三同时”管理，参与项目EHS评审；

4、制定年度EHS培训计划，组织对新员工、转岗员工、特种作业人员及全体员工的EHS培训与考核；

5、监督废水、废气、噪声、固体废物的合规处置与排放监测；管理环保设施运行；负责排污许可、环境统计、危废转移等环保手续的办理；

6、定期向企业领导汇报安全生产情况，提出安全生产改进建议。
二、任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、机械、工业工程、公共卫生等相关专业；

2. 5年以上制造业、生物、化工、能源或相关行业EHS管理工作经验；

3. 有EHS管理体系建立和维护经验者优先；

4. 持有注册环保工程师、注册安全工程师资格证书者优先；

5. 态度端正，能吃苦耐劳
