岗位职责：

4. 负责开发统计图表与可视化看板，提供算法效能分析与决策支持。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 熟练掌握Python及数据处理库（Pandas/NumPy），有MLflow、Docker使用经验者优先；
3. 熟悉Linux环境及网络协议，具备容器化部署（Kubernetes）和监控系统（Prometheus/Grafana）开发经验者优先；
4. 掌握SQL和常见NoSQL数据库（Redis/MongoDB），有自动化流程开发经验者优先；
具有较强的学习能力，能够独立学习掌握新技术。
