岗位描述：
1、负责公司平台产品研发工作，根据产品需求完成系统的架构设计、编码及文档编写工作；
2、深入理解客户需求，充分参与产品设计讨论；
3、独立解决问题，能够负责重要业务模块的需求分析及设计实现，且熟悉线上部署环境，能够独立分析并排查线上故障；
4、可独立与业务产品沟通、完善业务需求，有独立的见解，及时提出合理的建议。
任职要求：
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，5-8年java开发经验，计算机相关专业重点院校优先；
2、 Java基础技术以及应用掌握扎实，Java高级特性和类库、Java多线程编程、Java虚拟机等；
3、熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等相关生态技术栈的原理，并能熟练使用，熟悉使用RPC框架、Cache、消息中间件等；
4、具备基本的架构设计能力，能够胜任核心模块的分析、设计及编码工作，能够熟练使用AI编程工具；
5、能持续的关注和学习相关领域的知识，并能使用到工作当中，具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，责任心强，工作认真负责，积极主动，愿意尽*大努力做好本职工作；
6、具备无人机系统/飞行控制平台/无人机物流相关项目经验者优先考虑
