3. 具备三维模型重建、渲染引擎或图形学相关技术经验，熟悉至少一种三维建模工具或框架。
4. 掌握硬件适配、系统部署测试流程，能独立完成硬件需求分析与故障排查。
5. 具备分布式系统、版本管理、服务器运维等工程化能力，有复杂业务系统维护优化经验。
6. 拥有良好的问题分析能力与跨域技术整合能力，能独立主导从需求到运维的全链路技术工作。
