【岗位职责】
1、负责宴会厨房日常运营管理，确保食品出品质量、卫生标准及服务效率符合酒店要求
2、根据宴会菜单需求，合理分配工作任务，监督并指导厨房员工操作流程
3、严格管控食材成本，协助制定采购计划，减少浪费并优化库存管理
4、定期检查厨房设备运行状态，确保设施安全及合规使用
5、配合餐饮部完成大型宴会、会议及特殊活动的菜品设计与执行
6、落实食品安全管理制度，确保操作符合HACCP及卫生防疫标准
7、参与新菜品研发，根据季节和市场趋势调整宴会菜单
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础西餐/中餐烹饪技能，熟悉宴会厨房工作流程及标准
2、能适应高强度工作节奏，具备处理突发宴会订单的应变能力
3、掌握食品安全知识，持有健康证及相关职业资格证书优先
4、具备团队协作意识，能有效调动员工积极性并维持良好工作秩序
5、有成本控制意识，熟悉厨房设备维护及食材储存规范
6、可接受弹性工作时间（含周末、节假日及早晚班次）
7、具备基础英语沟通能力者优先
