3· 设施巡查：定期检查消防水泵、喷淋系统、防排烟设施、灭火器等器材的完好有效，确保无遮挡、无故障；配合厂区EHS部门进行月度/季度消防测试
4· 记录归档：如实填写《消防控制室值班记录》、《故障维修记录》及《交接班记录》，确保台账清晰可查，符合GMP及消防法规审计要求
5· 门禁联动：要求中控员兼顾监控外围及关键区域视频，发现异常人员闯入或违规操作（如洁净区门未关严）及时上报
任职资格：
1· 证书要求：必须持有消防员证（初级及以上）或消防设施操作员证（监控方向），证书在有效期内且可全国联网查询
2· 经验背景：高中/中专及以上学历，1年以上消防中控实操经验；有制药、生物工程或洁净厂房工作经验
3· 身体条件：能适应倒班制（白班/夜班），无高血压、心脏病等不宜从事紧张岗位的疾病，视力或矫正视力正常，能分辨各类报警信号灯
4· 纪律意识：责任心强，坚守岗位，不得在岗期间睡觉、玩手机；具备较强的应急反应能力和保密意识
5· 技能加分：熟悉主流品牌主机操作者优先；退伍消防军人优先
