2、供应商开发与管理:在海外拓展、筛选并评估优质供应商，建立和维护良好合作关系，定期考察供应商表现，确保其能稳定提供符合质量及成本要求的产品或服务。
3、成本控制与谈判:深入分析海外采购成本构成，通过有效的谈判技巧、招投标等方式，争取有利ﾌ觉呇覩辘铧墁凿鷙溲蕓髦伕喉购价格、条款，降低采购成本，提升集团海外采购效益。
4、市场监测与分析:密切关注国际市场动态，包括原材料价格波动、贸易政策变化、行业趋势等，及时向集团反馈信息，为调整采购策略提供依据。
5、合同管理:负责海外采购合同的起草、审核、签订及执行监督，确保合同条款符合国际法规和集团利益，妥善处理合同履行中的争议和风险。
6、物流与交付协调:协同物流等相关部门，安排海外采购物资的运输、仓储、清关等事宜，确保物资按时、安全交付至集团指定地点。
7、跨部门协作:与集团内海外业务部门、财务、法务等多部门紧密沟通合作，协调解决采购过程厴龄讜嫲虎的各类问题，保障采购工作顺利推进。
8、团队管理与指导:领导和管理海外采购团队，制定工作目标与计划，开展培训与人才培养，提升团队整体专业水平和业务能力。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、供应链管理等相关专业。
2、精通英语泰语和中文，能够顺畅进行商务沟通与谈判。
3、5年以上采购管理经验，其中至少3年以上泰国采购管理经验;变压器行业优先;
4、熟悉国际采购流程、国际贸易规则与政策，掌握成本分析、供应商管理、谈判技巧等专业知识，能识别海外采购过程中的汇率风险、政治风险、质量风险等各类风险。
