岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品需求分析设计、技术实现和用户体验；
2、根据项目研发计划安排，按时按质按量完成项目研发工作；
3、负责技术难点攻克、代码开发、调试与维护工作，完成项目中业务关键模块的编码工作；
4、负责完成项目中技术中间件的调研、部署、维护工作；
5、积极响应客户及产品需求并进行开发/定制化开发和交付；
6、推动公司产品的架构优化，性能优化等工作；
7、负责项目交付时的系统部署、配合客户验收等工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业领域，并有5年以上java相关开发经验；
2、熟练使用Java及常用设计模式，有良好的面向对象设计思想；
3、熟练掌握springboot、springcloud、MyBatis等主流框架；了解spring security、apache shrio权限框架；熟悉redis、nginx、常用mq、分布式框架等中间件；掌握mysql、oracle、hive等数据库；
4、熟悉数据库开发，常用的算法，数据结构，各种网络通讯协议，网络编程和多线程编程；
5、能够独立完成系统部署及环境搭建；
6、具备良好的需求/技术沟通能力、学习能力、抗压能力；
7、具备良好任务管理能力和团队管理能力；
8、有大数据项目经验：如数据治理、数据中台、数据分析、数据开发、数据流通、数据交易、数据安全等相关项目经验优先；
9、担任过项目主要开发角色，有技术攻关经验、优秀成熟作品、大型项目经验、全栈经验者优先。
