二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2.5年以上人力资源工作经验，3年以上HRBP经验，有制造业销售团队支持经验者优先，具备母线槽/电气设备行业经验更佳；
3.精通招聘、绩效、员工关系核心模块，熟悉劳动法规，具备数据化分析与问题解决能力；
4.业务理解力强，擅长跨部门协作，能适应销售团队快节奏工作氛围，抗压性好。
