一、主要工作职责
1.负责公司化工原料、危化品、设备、备件、管道、电仪、MRO 物资等全品类采购计划与执行。
2.供应商开发、评估、考核、关系维护，建立合格供应商库，保障供应稳定。
3.组织询比价、议价、招标、合同签订、订单跟踪、到货验收、异常处理。
4.控制采购成本，优化采购流程，配合财务、审计做好成本核算与合规管控。
5.对接生产、设备、技术、项目等部门，保障项目建设与生产运营物资需求。
6.完善采购制度、台账、资料归档，满足宁波化工园区合规要求。

二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，化工、材料、国际贸易、供应链相关专业优先。
2.五年以上采购工作经验，至少三年以上化工/新材料/石化/行业采购经验；有现场工作经验、生产管理或工艺管理经验者优。
3.熟悉化工原料、危化品、设备、电仪、管道等物资采购；有新建化工项目采购经验者优。
4.精通采购全流程、供应商管理、成本控制、合同谈判、招标流程。
5.诚信正直、原则性强、抗压能力强，具备良好沟通协调与执行力。
6.能熟练使用 ERP、OA、Excel 等办公软件。
