岗位职责：
1. 负责公司管理协同类产品需求分析、规划、系统设计、底层研发；
2. 负责各应用模块的编码和文档编写工作，完成目标产品研发工作；
3. 优化系统性能，保证系统的质量。
技能要求
1. 3年以上 Java 开发经验，熟悉 Java 核心技术（集合、多线程、JVM 等）。
2. 精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架，具备微服务项目实战经验。
3. 熟悉 MySQL /acle 数据库，具备 SQL 优化能力。
4. 熟悉 Redis、消息队列等常用中间件。
5. 熟悉常用设计模式，具备良好的系统设计与模块拆分能力。
6. 了解元数据驱动、可视化建模、组件化架构等相关技术。
7. 具备高并发、大数据量系统的设计与性能优化经验优先。
8. 有低代码/零代码平台、动态表单、流程引擎（Flowable / Activiti / Camunda 等）、规则引擎开发经验优先，熟悉表单设计器、流程设计器、规则建模等实现机制者加分。
