职责：
1.根据我司芯片设计工程师要求，开发出符合要求的测试程序并负责独立调试
2.配合我司产品应用工程师，完成测试程序升级与测试时间优化工作
3.完成NPI 导入阶段的产品资料收集，并能够在完成产品开发后输出相关的产品开发总结报告
4.能够比对相同产品在不同测试平台上的数据差异，保持与芯片设计工程师之间沟通，优化测试方案，保证产品稳定性与可靠性

要求：
1. 电子、通信、微电子类专业背景，本科及本科以上学历、2年以上 ATE 开发经验
2. 有独立参与整个 ATE 测试早期的测试需求输出以及程序开发经验，能够完成对PTE 测试工程师的相关技能培训
3.熟悉Load Board选型，可以根据不同测试规范选择合适的测试平台、有一定模拟电路基础，熟悉C/C++程序开发语言、至少熟悉华峰 STS8200B 等一种及以上主流测试机操作
4.自有封测厂在安徽马鞍山，需经常到马出差
