岗位职责
1、负责供应商导入审核、资质评价及档案建立与维护工作；
2、负责供应商品质异常问题处置工作，主导整改改善、原因分析及资料归档，形成闭环管理；
3、定期开展供应商审核与评价工作，摸排供应商实际生产及品质情况，针对性推进优化；
4、参与新产品导入工作，确认供应商产品外观标准、包装规范等符合公司及行业要求；
5、负责QC检验日常管理工作，通过检验数据分析、异常复盘，持续完善检验标准及作业规范。
任职要求
1、理工科相关专业，微电子相关专业优先；
2、1年以上相关工作经验，有半导体封装、测试行业工作经验者优先；
3、了解ISO9001质量体系要求，具备良好的数据统计、分析能力；
4、工作责任心强，擅长沟通协调与问题改善推动。
