工作职责：
1. 负责客户Web端及后台管理系统的日常维护、故障排除、用户培训和用户指南制作；
2. 及时处理用户提出的各类软件系统问题，并处理软件配置管理、系统和网络的安全管理；
3. 进行系统监控和性能优化，制定和实施备份和恢复策略；
4. 提供技术支持和培训，参与系统开发和项目实施，并紧跟技术发展，学习和研究新的软件运维技术和工具；
5. 负责公司自主研发的软件售后服务工作，包括软件的安装、调试、升级、培训、参数配置、需求与BUG的处理；
6. 能够深度熟知系统代码，快速定位错误问题。
7. 根据项目需求，配合市场人员前往用户现场进行安装、实施，并定期巡检、了解系统安装调试后的运行情况。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，熟悉在linux平台安装oracle，postgresql，mysql，redis数据库，配置调优、备份及常见问题的处理；
2.熟悉常用的linux系统，对linux系统的常用操作，如lvs，定时任务，开机自启应用等。可独立完成二级、三级等保评审需要进行修改的系统配置；
3.熟悉常用的linux系统软件的安装与配置，如jdk，nginx，elk等；
4.了解基本的java及C#开发语言，独立完成程序部署，可以协同开发人员定位排查程序问题。
5.有 rhce，rhca等运维证书者优先考虑。
