岗位职责：
1、负责基于能源管理系统的二次开发、模块定制与系统优化；
2、实现能源设备（光伏逆变器、储能变流器、BMS、电表等）的通信协议集成（IEC104、IEC 61850、Modbus、DTL/645等）；
3、开发能源数据采集、实时监控、策略控制、负荷预测等核心业务模块；
4、参与边缘计算节点与云平台的协同开发与联调；
5、编写高质量技术文档，与硬件/电气工程师协作完成设备联调、现场部署及问题排查。
能力要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java后端开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实：深入理解JVM、多线程、集合框架、GC机制，具备性能调优实战经验
3、必须掌握 OSGi框架（Eclipse Equinox/Felix）开发，部署；
4、熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud等Java常用架构；
5、了解能源设备通信协议：Modbus（RTU/TCP）、IEC104、IEC 61850等，至少掌握1种工业总线协议；
6、熟悉物联网技术栈：MQTT、CoAP、WebSocket，了解边缘-云协同架构；
7、熟练使用关系型数据库（PostgreSQL/MySQL）+ 时序数据库 +Redis（InfluxDB/TDengine）；
8、有能源管理、微电网、储能系统、光伏监控等IoT平台开发经验；
9、熟悉Angular UI框架者优先考虑。
