Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact fcustomer inquiries, service requests, issue resolution.
Provide timely professional support through email, phone, other communication channels.
Build maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction retention.
Manage customer expectations provide regular updates on service requests issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues/complaints
Customer Onboarding & Training
Conduct onboarding sessions fnew customers users.
Deliver product demonstrations, training, guidance to maximize customer adoption.
Prepare maintain customer-facing materials, FAQs, user guides.
Service Delivery & Account Management
Coordinate report fulfillment service delivery to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitcustomer usage, contract utilization, service entitlements.
Proactively identify accounts with low utilization recommend engagement activities to increase product adoption.
Support contract renewal activities by providing usage insights coordinating with Sales teams.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate customer records activity logs in company systems.
Prepare regular reports on customer activity, service performance, account status.
Support departmental projects administrative duties as assigned.

我们正在寻找一名客户服务代表加入香港客户服务团队。该岗位将负责为客户提供高质量的服务支持，保障服务交付质量，并推动客户对 Dun & Bradstreet 产品及解决方案的满意度和使用度。
你将作为客户的重要联络窗口，负责处理客户咨询、服务请求、账户维护、客户培训、产品使用支持及续约协助，并与销售、产品、运营、财务及技术支持等团队紧密协作，为客户提供顺畅、专业的服务体验。
岗位职责
客户支持与客户关系维护
· 作为客户咨询、服务请求及问题处理的主要对接人，及时响应客户需求。
· 通过邮件、电话及其他沟通渠道，为客户提供专业、高效的服务支持。
· 维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度和客户留存。
· 管理客户预期，定期跟进并更新服务请求及问题解决进展。
协调内部相关团队，推动客户问题或投诉得到及时有效解决。
客户导入、培训与产品使用支持
· 负责新客户及新用户的 onboarding，协助客户顺利开始使用相关产品和服务。
· 为客户提供产品演示、使用培训及操作指导，帮助客户提升产品使用效果。
· 准备并维护面向客户的使用材料、常见问题解答及用户指南等文档。
服务交付与账户管理支持
· 协调报告交付及相关服务履约，确保符合既定服务水平协议（SLA）要求。
· 跟进客户使用情况、合同使用率及服务权益，确保客户获得相应服务支持。
· 主动识别使用率较低的客户账户，并建议相应的客户沟通或使用提升活动。
· 为销售团队提供客户使用洞察，支持客户续约及客户留存相关工作。
报表、系统记录与行政支持
· 在公司系统中维护准确的客户信息、服务记录及活动日志。
· 定期整理客户活动、服务表现及账户状态相关报告。
· 准备月度服务报告，并根据需要进行汇报。
· 负责客户账户创建及相关客户服务行政支持工作。
· 支持部门临时项目、活动及其他交办事项。
职位要求：
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management Client Support.
B2B customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, customer relationship problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English Chinese - Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarina is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in multinational companies , banking/finance field is preferable
Customer-oriented resultiented with strong drive to win & working independence
任职要求
· 本科及以上学历，或具备同等相关工作经验。
· 具备 2 年及以上客户服务、客户支持、账户管理或相关领域工作经验。
· 有 B2B 客户服务经验者优先。
· 具备良好的客户服务意识、客户关系维护能力和问题解决能力。
· 具备优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力；粤语流利者优先，普通话能力为加分项。
· 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件，包括 Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook 等。
· 有 CRM 系统使用经验者优先，熟悉 Salesforce/SFDC 者更佳。
· 能够在快节奏环境中处理多项任务，并合理安排工作优先级。
· 结果导向，具备较强的主动性、责任心和独立工作能力。
· 有跨国公司、银行、金融或相关 B2B 服务行业经验者优先。
