• Engage with customers to understbusiness objectives, use cases, functional requirements
• Design end-to-end solution approaches leveraging company data products, platforms, APIs
• Support sales activities including solution discussions, presentations, demos, technical Q&A
• Clearly articulate solution value, feasibility, limitations to both technical non-technical stakeholders
• Produce high-quality solution deliverables, including solution proposals, architecture diagrams, design documents
• Provide solution clarification guidance during project initiation delivery phases
• Evaluate change requests propose solution optimizations where required
• Ensure solution designs are realistic, scalable, aligned with product delivery capabilities
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery teams to align solutions with product roadmaps technical standards
• Act as a shared PS&S resource, supporting multiple teams, regions, customer segments as needed
• Contribute to reusable solution assets, industry templates, best practices
• Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, customer use cases, competitive solutions
• Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on customer needs solution gaps
• Support continuous improvement of solution standards methodologies
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, analytics, data-driven approaches customer solutions
• Demonstrate awareness of AI capability boundaries, data governance, compliance considerations
• Participate in solution discussions involving intelligent automation advanced analytics when applicable
Requirement:
• Full-time bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Engineering, related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, data products, related roles
• Strong solution architecture mindset with the ability to act as a bridge between business technical teams
• Familiarity with data products, APIs, data integration, solution design concepts
• Ability to independently design solutions fcomplex business scenarios
• Excellent communication, documentation, presentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixganization
• Proactive, responsible, results-oriented
• Able to manage multiple engagements in parallel adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to support projects across regions when required
