2、牵头 BMS 核心算法研究与技术攻关，包括 SOC、SOE、SOH、SOP 等电池状态估算、均衡策略、故障诊断与保护策略设计优化。
3、负责 BMS 软件架构、平台方案与基础软件库规划，主导功能模块设计、代码实现、性能优化与质量把关。
4、统筹 CAN、TCP/IP、104 等通讯协议栈开发与联调，保障储能系统稳定交互。
5、负责 BMS 需求文档、模型文档、设计规格、测试方案等技术文档体系建设与审核。
6、牵头解决项目中关键技术问题与现场重大故障，定位根因，推动软件版本迭代与可靠性提升。
7、负责团队技术能力建设、任务分配、进度把控与跨部门（硬件、测试、结构、产品、项目）协同。
三、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、电子信息、控制工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
2、5年及以上 BMS 软件开发经验，3年及以上 BMS 软件团队管理 / 技术负责人经验。
3、精通嵌入式 C 语言开发，熟悉嵌入式软件架构设计与底层驱动、中间件、应用层开发。
4、深入掌握 BMS 核心控制策略与电池状态算法，具备实际算法调试与优化经验。
5、熟练掌握 CAN、TCP/IP、104 等通讯协议，具备协议栈开发与系统联调实战经验。
6、具备完整 BMS 项目交付经验，熟悉开发流程、测试验证、台架 / 实车调试、问题闭环机制。
7、具备良好的技术规划、团队管理、项目推进与风险把控能力。
