岗位职责：
1.设计与交付核心服务:使用 Python/TypeScript等语言，设计、开发并交付生产级服务，支撑实时语音、短信交互以及基于大语言模型(LLM)的智能代理。
2.端到端功能闭环:独立负责从技术方案设计、开发实现到上线监控的全流程，覆盖呼叫中心2系统、患者旅程管理及Al护理教练等核心模块。
3.高可用与合规架构:在 Google CloudPlatform(GCP)上(CloudRun,Pub/Sub,BigQuery等)设计并构建高性能、可大规模扩展且天然符合SOC2与HIPAA等严苛合规要求的系统架构。
4.AI 能力深度集成: 高效集成与编排开源LLM、向量检索模型和语音模型;利用工具优化提示工程(Prompt Engineering)并进行模型效果评估。
5.数据管道与可观测性建设: 构建事件驱动的数据摄取管道;实现全链路追踪(Tracing);开发通话录音转录与电子健康记录(EHR，基于FHIR标准)数据的自动化质检能力。
6.6.技术领导与协作:指导初级工程师成长，进行高质量的代码评审(PRReview)，参与制定工程规范与*佳实践;与产品、设计及临床运营团队紧密协作，推动项目落地。
任职要求：
1.资深经验:6年以上现代云原生技术栈下生产级软件系统的开发与交付经验。
2.技术栈精通:精通 Go,Python,TypeScript/Node 中至少一门语言，并能熟练地在 API层数据库层和基础设施层开展工作。
3. 架构设计能力: 深刻理解分布式系统原理，熟练掌握 Pub/Sub/事件总线架构模式及容器化部署(Docker,Kubernetes,Cloud Run).
4. AI工程实践: 拥有实际集成商用 LLMAPI(如OpenAl,Gemini)或部署/托管开源模型(如vLLM, Ollama)的经验;了解 RAG(检索增强生成)的常见挑战与*佳实践。
5、数据库能力:熟练掌握 SQL/NOSQL数据库，能够优化复杂查询，设计可支撑高并发访问的数据模型。
