【职位描述】
1、理解业务需求，参与架构设计及系统功能代码编写；
2、主持参与系统的开发与维护，分析系统的优化点，解决存在的技术问题，业务模块的性能优化，保证系统的稳定性；
3、代码编写、文档撰写、Code Review
4、重点项目的设计方案支持与评审
【职位要求】
1、本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业
2、JAVA 基础扎实，深入理解 jvm 原理，熟悉常用框架（Spring、Mybatis）并能掌握其原理和机制；
3、熟练使用关系型数据库并对查询进行优化；
4、了解大数据常用组件，spark、presto、hive 等；
5、具备系统调优、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力；
6、参与或负责过大规模系统的开发与设计;
7、自驱能力强，具备出色的沟通能力、组织能力及团队协作精神、严谨的逻辑思维和优秀的平台产品设计能力。
【加分项】有过AI大模型开发、搭建过知识库；
【工作时间】9：30~20：00 大小休，法定节假日正常休息，公司提供餐补（能接受者再投递哦）
