岗位职责：
1、从事互联网系统研发，进行良好的系统设计和实现；
2、拥有目标的设定与执行、协调沟通能力，富于团队精神和工作责任感；
3、根据设计要求，完成模块及程序的编码，自测；
4、书写开发过程所需的技术文档；
5、根据项目需求变化，完善原有程序或开发新程序；
6、负责线上系统的维护和管理，保障系统稳定运行；
7、对所负责系统进行规划，并结合项目不断优化和升级，提高性能、稳定性、可用性和扩展性。
任职要求：
1、 4年以上经验，专科或以上学历，如果技术好年限可以适放宽；有微服务架构、分布式架构经验者优先；
2、Java编程基础扎实，深入掌握JVM、Java类库如多线程、并发处理、以及I/O与网络通信；
3、熟悉流行的java开源产品，包括spring(Spring Boot\SpringMVC\Spring Cloud\Spring Data\Spring Streaming等)/mybatis/netty等；
4、熟悉分布式系统解决方案以及相关的开源组件, 熟悉linux常用命令
5、熟悉Docker与K8S
6、熟练使用mysql、redis、memcached等数据库及缓存，有数据库设计及优化经验；
7、具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务和有系统进度把控能力，有出色的沟通能力、协调能力，抗压能力；
8、强烈的责任心和团队合作能力，有诚信，为人正直，性格开朗，善于沟通；
9、良好的编程风格，热爱互联网和新技术，具有极强的快速学习能力、有较强的逻辑思维能力。
