岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品、项目研发工作。负责前后端模块设计、编码、程序自测、上线部署等；
2、负责项目现场软件部署、实施工作；
3、积极探索和实验前沿技术，并能应用到团队和产品中，提升开发效率；
4、负责完善和编制公司的软件开发规范，负责文档的编制、软件版本管理；

岗位要求：
1、计算机、软件工程相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年及以上JAVA开发经验，不含实习；
2、精通JAVA语言，理解AOP、IOC等基本原理；熟悉Spring框架部分功能的实现细节；精通多线程；
3、熟练掌握微服务框架及组件:Spring Boot,Spring Cloud全家桶；
4、熟练掌握MySQL、SqlServer、Oracle等一种或多种常见数据库语言，具备业务分析抽象及数据库建模能力；
5、熟练掌握redis、消息队列如RabbitMq等常用中间件
6、熟悉前端技术栈（HTML、CSS、JavaScript），熟悉Vue、React、AngularJs等主流前台框架中至少一种，Vue3/2优先；
7、能独立完成前端页面的开发和接口调试
8、具备现场实施经验，具备业务沟通能力，能收集反馈客户需求；
9、具备良好的沟通、团队协助、和创新能力。有物联网平台、数采类系统开发经验优先。
