核心职责
1. 技术规划与架构设计
负责公司软件系统的整体技术规划、架构设计与核心选型，为业务发展提供前瞻性的技术支撑。主导系统架构的持续优化与重构，确保系统的高可用、高并发、低延迟和安全性。审定核心技术方案，攻克系统设计与开发中的关键难题与技术瓶颈。
2. 基于 Netty、MQTT、Socket 等技术，设计并实现设备实时数据(状态、位置、视频流等)的接收、解析与分发机制，支持高并发、低延迟的数据处理场景。
3. 设计并实现平台安全机制，结合 Spring SecurityJWT 等技术完成用户认证、权限控制及接口访问安全保障。
4. 协助进行需求调研与分析，输出技术可行性方案:配合测试团队完成系统测试、性能优化及问题修复支持项目交付与上线后的运维保障。
5. 参与系统架构优化与模块解耦，结合微服务、容器化(Docker、K8s)等理念提升平台的可扩展性、可维护性与部署效率。
6. 作为项目沟通的枢纽，精准地向开发团队传达业务意图并向业务方清晰地解释技术约束与解决方案。全程参与敏捷/Scrum开发流程，协助团队澄清疑问。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上 JavaWeb 开发经验，有无人机、机器人等物联网设备管理平台开发经验者优先。
2.熟练掌握 Java 编程语言，精通 Spring MVC、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等框架，熟悉 Dubbo 等分布式服务框架者优先。
3.熟悉 Netty、Socket、MQTT 等通信技术，有TCP/UDP 协议开发经验，能独立处理设备高并发通信场景。
4. 具备较强的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能独立分析并解决技术难题，对无人机行业有兴趣者优先。
5. 能够在团队中发挥领导作用，推动技术创新，具备带团队经验优先。
