1. 负责工业场景下视觉模型的标注、训练与优化，数据清洗、标注、增强及预处理，保障训练数据质量
2. 与硬件团队协作，推动模型在边缘设备中的部署与性能优化，满足实时性与资源约束要求
3. 参与代码开发、测试与上线后的持续维护

任职要求：
学历与经验
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、数学等相关专业
- 3年以上Python开发经验，至少2年以上视觉模型训练或工业图像算法开发经验，有光伏、半导体、制造业等行业背景者优先

技术技能：
- 核心能力：精通Python编程，熟悉多进程、多线程处理，熟悉NumPy、Pandas等数据处理库，掌握OpenCV、PIL等图像处理工具
- 深度学习：熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch框架，具备目标检测、图像分割模型的训练与调优经验、具备后处理能力者优先
- 算法基础：理解卷积神经网络（CNN）、迁移学习、特征工程等原理，有模型压缩、量化或加速经验者优先

软技能：
- 具备工业场景问题分析能力，能从实际需求中提炼技术指标并制定解决方案
- 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能与跨部门（如硬件、产品）高效协作
