Responsibilities
 Ensure the services provided to clients are timely precise according to client business needs specifications while meeting the company‘s quality standards
 Consult with clients regarding business concerns
 Conduct external presentations drive client satisfaction by providing insights actionable recommendations during presentations
 Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition opportunities of Nielsen
 Responsible fmeeting the COE objectives as a whole ongoing delivery of COE KPIs
 Responsible fallocating work based on the current team workload capacity the skills aspirations of the team
 Conducts performance reviews fdirect reports
 Responsible fthe training development of the team. Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements

Qualifications
 BA / BS Required
 4 + years professional work experience in marketing research, business analysis in retail FMCG industry at least 2 years in team leader team management position
 Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal written (local language if required)
 Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, PPT other office software;
 Strong communication skills both internal external
 Can handle client request project independently
 Experience working in a digital enabled environment
 Ability to work within a virtual environment
